Thank you for your interest in my work. I’m Jessica Hayes, a wife and mother along with many other hats I wear from day to day. The triad is where I call home and is also where I serve. 

I discovered my passion for birth work after the birth of my first child. I felt so supported, empowered, and safe throughout my whole experience. I was shocked and saddened to hear so many stories of moms who felt none of those things, and instead felt scared, traumatized and lonely, lacking a “village”. Those stories made me want to be that… a village to moms and families going through these transformative times in their lives.

I am very intentional in this family centered work as it is very personal and intimate for a family to invite you into their sacred spaces at these precious times. I work closely with the family to prepare them in any way they need for the birth of their baby and the transition into parenthood. I provide support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum and take all of their preferences into account. I immerse myself into the lives of my clients and their needs, as no two families, people, or births are the same. You will receive care and support that is totally unique to you. 

I also offer Birth Classes, Breastfeeding support/lactation education, and placenta encapsulation. Adding these to my Doula Services has allowed me to be a kind of one stop shop for moms and families. Nothing makes me happier than providing my clients with the tools and support to have a confident experience throughout the whole process.
